How to get help with OneScript.

Email onescript#define.to. We usually reply within two business days.
The easiest way is from the app: open Settings, tap Support, and send the email it prepares. It includes your app version, iOS version, device model, and an anonymous installation identifier, which helps us find the related crash reports. Your projects and code are not included.
Before you write
- Documentation: guides for scripts, UI, widgets, and data storage
- Node.js compatibility: which Node.js APIs are supported
- Technical details: how scripts run on iOS
Beta testing
If you're testing OneScript through TestFlight, you can also send feedback and screenshots from the TestFlight app.
Reporting a share link
To report a share link that violates the Terms of Use, email us with the link.
